Pricing

All Prices are subject to change. Prices shown include VAT.

By One Get One Free

If this offer is available we will supply you with one free spray for each one ordered. For example if you order 2 sprays we will supply an additional 2 sprays.

Making a Purchase

Placing an order is easy. All orders are placed through our Colour FX Shop.
Browse our shop to see which items you like and when you are ready to make a purchase, click on the 'My Account' link which will ask you to create a new account. This will enable you to shop faster, be up-to-date on an order status and keep track of orders you have previously made. Existing customers just 'log in' with your email address and password and you're ready to shop.
Browse the site and one by one add the products you want to the shopping cart. At any time you can review your shopping cart and its cost by clicking the 'shopping cart' icon.
When you are ready to pay click on the 'checkout' icon. Review the delivery address and add any comments about your order if you wish to do so. Click 'continue'. Finally check your order details and click the 'confirm' icon.
You will then be taken to the secure card payment page managed by Paypal. Choose your payment card from the list and enter your card details. We will then process your order and send out your goods. You will receive an order confirmation email.

Shipping and Delivery

We only deliver to mainland UK (excluding Northern Ireland). Items are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class or courier (for 7 sprays or more) within 1-3 working days after cleared payment is received. Please note that although we will despatch your items as soon as possible, we rely on the Royal Mail or courier service to deliver your order and as such cannot be responsible for the actual delivery date.

Delivery charges are calulated at the checkout stage and vary depending on your location and the type of product purchased.

Due to Royal Mail restrictions, orders of between one and seven sprays will be sent in packages of no more than two sprays. For example an order of four sprays will be sent in two separate packages.

Spray can delivery charges: £2.95 (up to 2 cans), £5.90 (3 or 4 cans), £8.85 (5 or 6 cans), £10.50 (7 to 48 cans)

Returns Policy

We hope you will be delighted with your purchases. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you ordered your item. All refunds & returns must be requested by email and sent to the address on the invoice. The item must be unopened (with any seals and packaging intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. We cannot refund the price for delivery however. All items must be returned at the buyers own expense and a signed for delivery service is recommended.

Please note that we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. We cannot refund for goods purchased over 1 month or which have been used or damaged.
